How To Use?

Gently unfold mask, remove plastic protective layer and apply to face. Remove outer mesh layer and adjust eye, nose, and mouth openings as needed. Time to relax. Leave the mask on for 10–15 minutes and enjoy its cooling and soothing effects. Remove mask and discard. No need to rinse.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items. However, items that are damaged or shipped incorrectly will be replaced or exchanged at no expense to you, provided that claims are made immediately upon receiving the items.

Returns: All products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, provided they have not been opened or used. Bundles and kits must be returned with all original components, as individual products within a bundle or kit cannot be returned separately.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you to confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
