The Thesera Perfect Double Pearl Pack Cleanser is a single-step cleanser that removes makeup, impurities, and buildup completely, while actively nourishing and brightening the skin in the process. 

Microbubbles activate on contact, lifting debris and congestion from deep within the pore without mechanical irritation. As they work, Pearl Powder — composed of 20 essential amino acids and skin-balancing minerals — maintains the skin's slightly acidic pH, nourishes, and supports a visibly brighter complexion. Vitamin C inhibits melanin production, preventing the pigmentation that accumulates from daily environmental exposure. Thirteen natural extracts including green tea, aloe vera, peony, chrysanthemum, and iris root reinforce and protect the barrier throughout the cleansing process.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items. However, items that are damaged or shipped incorrectly will be replaced or exchanged at no expense to you, provided that claims are made immediately upon receiving the items.

Returns: All products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, provided they have not been opened or used. Bundles and kits must be returned with all original components, as individual products within a bundle or kit cannot be returned separately.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you to confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
